Description
For this paper you will choose following topic and explore the inter-feminist debates, that is, arguments from feminist perspectives. You will then expand on the two sides of one of the topics using two course readings and find two outside sources to support the main points of your paper. You will first explore both sides of the argument using sources to back up your claims, followed by a brief statement/concluding paragraph about the side of the argument on which you personally land and why. You must also include an introduction paragraph that more broadly situates this debate. This paper is not primarily an opinion piece. Instead, we are challenging you to point out differences and recognize distinctions between feminist arguments on a particular issue.

Outline
Introduction
Thesis statement: However, the choice to wear makeup or not should be a decision that is made
by a woman, and they should not be judged for it.
Topic sentence 1: The individuals who do not believe that makeup is absolutely a choice
perceive it as a social consequence that shows the insecurities of women.
Topic sentence 2: On the other hand, there is a group of feminists in the society that think
makeup and dress-up for women are important and it is empowering to them.
Subtopic sentence 1: I believe that makeup should be encouraged if it makes a woman feel good
about themselves when they face the world.
Conclusion
The decision made by women in the comfort of her bathroom, be it to wear makeup or not,
should not be subject to any form of scrutiny, as this does not provide the liberation that a
woman deserves
