This  will  help  to know  how  the candidate  you  are choosing  has been interrelating with  the  society  hence  the  more  he/she on social  media the   more  he  is  social  and  the kind  of  post  he  post  on  them,  matters  a lot  and tells you the  kind of  the person you  are getting

Every CEO wants to know how to deal with Social that is invading every part of their organization, things such  like co-creating, sharing, collaboration, crowd-sourcing are everywhere. Whether you are at the top of the management chain, or have just started your career in Human Resources, you are expected to lead this discussion -- Social is about ‘People’.
Until recently, many HR leaders have been slow to adopt some form of social networking in their enterprises. Most  social  media  brings impact on the marketing  online  and hence growth of  the organisation
