In my view, I take plea bargaining to be better. This is for the following reasons. In nature, adoption
of a plea comes in when there might be insufficient evidence for one count, or overwhelming
evidence for other counts. Since the prosecutor’s job is to put behind bars the criminals, it helps
put the criminals away without much contest. This helps the prosecutor focus on other cases,
paving way for access to justice for the society. putting in mind that new methods of establishing
“efficiency” have been put in place to ensure that the prosecutor has enough resources to secure a
