$F \cos \theta - f = ma$

$F \cos \theta - \mu_k (mg + F \sin \theta)= ma$

$40 \cos 30 - 0.3 ( 10 (9.8) - 40 \sin 30)= (10) a$

$a = 1.124 m/s^2$
