Why is it easier to stop a lightly loaded truck than a heavier one that has equal speed?

because of the momentum = mv..since one has a bigger mass it will have a bigger momentum

it does not depend on the speed of the plane b/c its inside it

KE max at lowest point. pe max at higher point....i'm guessing you mean PE so they are both equal at that moment
