Stanford University medical researchers conducted a study on the correlation between the use of fertility drugs and ovarian cancer. Their study, published in the American Journal of Epidemiology, concludes that the use of the fertility drugs, Pergonal and Serophene, may increase the risk of ovarian cancer by three times. The lead author of the studies, Professor Alice Whittemore, stated, "Our finding in regard to fertility drugs is by no means certain. It is based on very small numbers and is really very tenuous."

FDA Commissioner David Kessler would like the infertility drug manufacturers to disclose the study findings and offer a warning on the drug packages. He notes, "Even though the epidemiology study is still preliminary, women have a right to know what is known. We're not looking to make more of this than there is."

In any organization, the staff is always watching and waiting for the action of their
employers in case any difficulty or problem arises. The staff has the dire need to know whether
the employer will lead them. Regarding this, avoidance may be a natural way mostly used by
people during stressful situations. Whether the issue arises from the insubordinate or most
important workers or one where the employees are fighting, the fight or flight response may be
applicable. For this reason, it is usually advisable that employers need to confront these problem
employees head-on. Moreover, ignoring a problem is not often regarded as the end of a problem
but the start of a problem. An employee with bad conduct or attitude can negatively influence the
morale of the other employees. Problems should, therefore, be solved at their first sign. It the
mandate and responsibility of the employers to manage the difficult employees and look for a
way that may make them change their behaviors. According to (Boutte, 2018), employers need
to have time to talk to the problem causing personnel in a private setting to get their views on
specific issues. This may enable the employer to know whether they have personal problems
such as family issues. The support of the employer may be sensitive in that it might change the
life of such employees.
First, it will lead to a reduction in productivity. According to the Center for Conflict
Resolution, 65% of the organization's problems are brought about by the relationship of workers
