 Examine the major pros and cons of a DSL and a cable Internet connection. Compare DSL and cable Internet connections based on availability, consistent high speed, reliability, security, and price. Determine the Internet connection you prefer. Provide a rationale for your response.

DSL is digital subscriber  line  which is used via sim cards whereby cable internet have to be installed 

DSL is readily available since you use a sim lines as compared to cable which have to be installed 

The DSL is reliable since relies on lines whereas the cable is not that reliable since relies on a cables which may have breakage issues or other issues that may affect the internet 

The cost of DSL is cheaper as compared to cable which will need cables and other operators to be set up. 

Dsl is more secure than cable since does not involve bandwidth and hackers does not have any accessibility 

The speed of DSL is relatively slower as compared to that of cable which is higher.

The accessibility of dsl is everywhere as compared to cable which is just accessible to some areas

I would prefer dsl since it uses high frequency of the digital signals over the existing voice copper phone lines so as to carry the data directly from the company of phone switching station to the residential homes.
