The isolation between the human mind and the world creates illusions of reality that leads to self-inflicted suffering; however, once the individual becomes aware of their suffering, they must choose to commit spiritual or physical suicide, in order to free themselves from the illusions of life and become their true self, thus reaching their full potential.
should i say just isolation in general or keep it like that?
the question is:evaluate the necessity of self-destruction in seeking the truth
Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!
When your suffering is self inflicted, you cause it to yourself. The self inflicted suffering includes physical, mental and emotional pains and we place ourself in difficult situations. We are so isolated from others that we are aloof from other, keep ourself away from them.Physical pain can be inflicted on us from outside , but it is not with mental pain.If we are suffering both ways, we should not lay blame on others. It is pointless. No one can inflict the immotional pain on us that we are bearing. Our immotional suffering is the result of our inability to control our thoughts .In most of these cases, medication can not be of much help to relieve our pain, in this case talking and discussing our problem with our near and dear ones can be very useful At times, we are so disappointed that we feel like committing sucide. So it always better to discuss and share our problems with some people who is closed to us, the it is good for us
