When your suffering is self inflicted, you cause it to yourself.The self inflicted suffering includes physical, mental and emotional pains and we place ourself in difficult situations.We are so isolated from others that we are aloof from other, keep ourself away from them.Physical pain can be inflicted on us from outside , but it is not with mental pain.If we are suffering both ways, we should not lay blame on others.It is pointless.
