Participative leadership - These can be defined as a managerial leadership style that invites/allows inputs from members; in simple terms, this means the leaders allow other members to contribute to the well being of the institution or organization.
A team is set up, where a leader is chosen among the team members, the entire team is now required to work as a team in unison for the well being of the institution or body and decision is based on the agreement of the entire team and not an individual.
