speech production aids in understanding of human language capabilities (Traxler, 2011,
p.37). The production of acoustic signal is thereby produced for the listeners to decode and
get the speaker’s intended meaning. The speaker’s intended meaning maybe misinterpreted
because of existence of errors, which inhibits human communication. In this respect, peculiar
acoustic of speech are established and as a result, obstacles emerge and act as an impediment
