I would like to take a value (BWT), an athletes weight (Column is highlighted pink), which when I would put in the athletes body weight, the spreadsheet would then look up the number associated with that coefficient and have the spreadsheet look it up on a chart (Schwartz Table) and then have that number and the number from another column (4 Lift Total), highlighted green, multiplied together within the last column, highlighted yellow, Schwartz Coefficient..

So a body weight of 135 would pull up the number (.7961) which in turn would place it in the last column (Schwartz Coefficient) and multiply it with the 4 lift Total Column, which say is 1000, so the answer would be 796.1.
