When is participative leadership most likely to be effective? When not? Provide an example of when you've seen participative leadership in your experience be effective or ineffective.

I  is effective when the organisation is not making decision thus there is dire need for to call for everyone to come together and work towards coming up with proper decisions 

It is not important if something needs quick response 

Examples is in colleges where the administration holds a participative leadership which cuts across students and staff thus no strikes are able to erupot since there is collaboration
