How are physical, behavioral, and self-report measures of pain different?

By looking at them and evaluating   someones

physically the way he/she looks like will tell you the pain he/she is undergoing because he may not perform as expected

Behavioral can much tell you in terms of the person may be having mental illness which may be stresses and this leads to some abnormal behavior

self report gives more information about a person because they assess  more about somenone
