Define and schedule programming tasks
Time is a critical element in the program process, and failure to manage the activities
timeline effectively may hinder the success of the whole project. Scheduling programming tasks
start at the onset of the project where the programmer define the scope of the problem that the
application seeks to solve and then set the time to actualize the plan (Dawes, Vidiasova, &
Parkhimovich, 2016).
The first programming task to be scheduled will involve defining the scope of the
problem that needs to be solved. The programmer studies the issue deeply to gain an insight into
the inputs, processes required to generate the desired outputs. Therefore, the programmer should
have a briefing session with the organization management, IT consultants and selected customers
to understand the system they expect to have in the end. This activity should take almost two
sessions each 2 hours.
