The JCM improves the job of employees by ensuring the employees have skills variety b,task identity,task significance autonomy and feedback .This makes them to be psychologically meaningful,responsible, and knowledge of results .This all leads to an outcome that the employees will have motivation ,their performance will improve , and will have satisfaction in their jobs and lacks absenteeism which leads to turnover.
