Assignment: Developing a Program EvaluationTo ensure the success of a program evaluation, a social worker must generate a specific detailed plan. That plan should describe the goal of the evaluation, the information needed, and the methods and analysis to be used. In addition, the plan should identify and address the concerns of stakeholders. A social worker should present information about the plan in a manner that the stakeholders can understand. This will help the social worker receive the support necessary for a successful evaluation. To prepare for this Assignment, identify a program evaluation you would like to conduct for a program with which you are familiar. Consider the details of the evaluation, including the purpose, specific questions to address, and type of information to collect. Then, consider the stakeholders that would be involved in approving that evaluation. Review the resources for samples of program evaluations.By Day 7Submit the following:A 1-page stakeholder analysis that identifies the stakeholders, their role in the agency and any concerns that they might have about the proposed program evaluationA 2- to 3-page draft of the program evaluation plan to submit to the stakeholders that:Identifies the purpose of the evaluationDescribes the questions that will be addressed and the type of information that will be collectedAddresses the concerns of the stakeholders that you identified in your Stakeholder Analysis

Discuss the causes and treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Discuss the causes and treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). General advice You are asked to discuss the causes and treatment of PTSD. While it is clear in PTSD that there is a precipitating trauma, whether or not a person who experiences a trauma develops PTSD is a complex issue that involves biological, psychological and social factors (Barlow & Durand, 2015). Treatment of PTSD involves systematically working through the content of the trauma and the emotions associated with it, and often includes cognitive therapy to correct negative assumptions about the trauma (Najavits, 2007, as cited in Barlow & Durand, 2015). References Barlow, D. H., & Durand, V. M. (2015). Abnormal psychology: An integrative approach (7th ed.). Stamford, CT: Cengage Learning. Relevant material As a starting point, to address the question you will have to use information from textbook Chapter 5 (Anxiety, Trauma- and Stressor-Related, and Obsessive-Compulsive and Related Disorders). However, reference to relevant research studies and examples is essential. The information in the textbook is limited so you will need to go beyond the textbook and course material to search for relevant information to gain a deeper understanding and incorporate this information in your discussion. You will need to use at least 3 journal articles. There is an abundance of sources that you can access from the library or from the library eResources. Take care to assess the credibility of your sources, especially those found online. For example, Wikipedia is not a credible source. Remember that argument and critical evaluation will make for a better essay than a descriptive essay. This essay does ask for some description but it goes on to ask for more analytical, argument driven material and this is where marks are to be earned. Remember to cite your sources and provide complete references to them. Your answer should begin with an introduction that will outline what materials you will cover and what your basic argument will be. You will also need to demonstrate the skill of being concise to fit the material into the word limit of 1200 words. I've attached the study guide (textbook) & the question for reference. Thanks
