In order to improve job satisfaction, I will ensure different
employees are given tasks according to their skills .This will be complemented by
providing employees with a variety of tasks through the use of job rotation and
as a result, promote transfer of skills among the customer service team. Job
satisfaction will also be achieved creating challenging environment where
employees are given responsibility thus allowing them to exploit their potential.
