Explanation & Answer

Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

Creating change while keeping the operational status in an organization is one of the most difficult things to do for the leaders. However, this does not mean that it is impossible. In fact, it is one of the best ways of ensuring increased productivity for the employees in their place of work. Some of the strategies that can be used to create change while at the same time keep the operations intact include use of rewards such as promotions. These help to change the way the employees work but retain the operations to their initial status. Secondly, change can be created by practicing inclusive decision making where the employees in any organization are given a chance to take part in making decisions of the organization. This way, they tend to feel that they are cared for and therefore, they work with a new zeal that helps them to accomplish great goals for the organizations using the same operations set in the organization. The third way that leaders can create change without interfering with the operations is encouraging the employees to perform individual performance appraisal to check how well, they are performing their tasks in achieving the objectives and the goals of the organization that they work for. Performance appraisal will help the employees to assess their performance and therefore help to correct them towards the correct direction in their work.

In conclusion therefore, the creation of change in a manner that the operations remain intact is one of the best ways of increasing chances of organizational objective achievement but it is also the most difficult thing to achieve. However, creating change this way is good for it brings about changes that are acceptable to both management nd the employees of an organization.
