What is Deontology, the Kantian Ethics? This phenomenon has been stated in lieu of duty based ethics are directly associated with workplace behavior of people as what they do, without considering the consequences of the actions which is also known as the Kantian ethics and this phenomenon has following major prospective: • Doings of right things • Doing the thing which seems right to do • Avoid the wrong things • Trying to avoid from wrong things If we examine the word of Deontology, it has the source of deon which means duty which refers to duty based ethics as there are several examples of workplace deontology happened in several companies. When I have come to he drank too much and crashed the car into a parked resulting death of 2 people but the activity of driver is wrong fro ab-initio an example of this deontology as a taxi driver was serving in one of the company as driver, one night he drank too much and crashed the car into a parked resulting death of 2 people. Further adding to this activity of driver is wrong fro ab-initio, it can be said that the damages may be covered from driver but if the deontology or Kantian ethics, applied by this company, the doing of wrong may be avoided. This ethical model can present suitable remedies to this issue as the training of driver must have the assurance of ethical issues and avoiding from doing the wrongs and on the other hand, this event clearly indicates the proponent of Kantian Ethics and the theory of deontology can be used to avoid from such issue. Now we try to examine the other issue pertaining to this phenomenon which is Duty based ethics are always considered as significant for performing the core of duty and to ensure the principle of the thing and it could be in this event of car driver, if the duty based norms followed of not drinking before driving, the incident may be avoided. Here, according to deontology, the action of drunk-driving itself is wrong, and not just the resultant damage to the car, so it can be said that these duty based ethics teaches the targeted employees to ensure what is being taught irrespective of the fact that what consequences may occurred by following it, suppose a man is drunk, and while driving back home, he crashes into a parked car in his neighborhood. The ethical model that best represents my approach to solving ethical problems is
deontology. This model holds that specific circumstances are right or wrong, depending on the
available conditions. I believe that it is wrong to use unethical means to conduct business even if
profit is realized. This model, therefore, aligns with my beliefs about what is right or wrong. It is
can also be considered a rule-based approach. For one to be a moral person, one must use the
proper means to bring good results (BBC, 2014). Following the logic of this model, I could argue
that certain behaviors, such a...
