no+ns =370

y-no = 340

and

no+ns+y = 1000

y=1000-370 = 630

no = 630-340 = 290

ns = 370-290 = 80

percentage of respondents answered "yes," "no," and "not sure" are:

63%, 29% and 8% respectively
