Question Description

what about the third approach to decision-making - intuition? How did you use intuition in your decision-making process? Explain. (Remember that we often combine our "gut feelings" with some rational dimension.)

Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

Intuitive decision-making is the ability that is needed to make use of the 'sixth sense' and demands someone to have the ability to gather information that other individuals may may not be able to find . It is the opposite of rational decision making, which is when individuals use analytics, facts and a step-by-step process to come to a decision.

i noticed that one of my employees in my stall was avoiding eye contact ,i wondered why but came to realise that some commodities were missing.i did not have time to do a comprehensive investigation but i just studied her behaviour, such as avoiding me,and always leaving in ahurry in the evening .this made me suspect her and found that she was actaully responsible for the lost commodities which she has been taking home every evening.

Please let me know if you need any clarification. I'm always happy to answer your questions.
