1- This is an excellent chapter to read! The Brief Mediation Model is a great tool to use as a supervisor, leader or employee. Everyone can be a mediator if this model is employed when discussing work issues (instead of engaging in gossip etc.). Try this in your work/personal lives and discuss the results (good and bad!)
2- Are you aware of your "mind-talk"? Can you give an example of how you were able to change your "internal monologue" to improve a situation you were facing?
