Dear patient, it has come to my attention that you found a record of patients in a
dumpster. I would like to first sincerely apologize for such careless disposal of the records which
contained very important information of the patients. This hospital recognizes the patients' right
of confidentially and we always protect information that a patient shares with our professionals.
It is a code that our hospital adheres to and therefore our workers cannot deliberately dispose of
any important records containing patients' important and confidential information. We value the
confidentiality of patients' information because it improves our relationship with patients and
