For an organization to have change, the employer should always be able to listen to the problems of their employees and offer solution and advice to them. A good leader should be a problem solver and understanding as this is one of the ethical practices within an organization. The employees can always have different problems at work or at home which may lead to his or her poor performance at work, a good leader thus ensures he listens and understand all the different types of employees. This will increase the relationship between the employer and the employees hence increase in the performance of the employees. This will also build a good reputation of the organization.
