The coefficient of friction between the skate blade and the ice is 0.003. As she pushes with a force of 354 N, the skate blade moves perpendicular to the track at a velocity of 3.45 m/s.  The skate blade is angled at 0.42 radians from the direction of the track. How fast is she moving forward?
