work=force*distance

=400*3

=1200 Nm

so the power=work/time

power=1200/20

power=60 W

but @ point Q the kinetic energy change to potential energy

so the answer is C

4)the potential energy @ top of hill=mgh

m-mass

g=9.81

h=height=12

potential energy=20*9.81*12

=2534.4 J


so it need same amount of kinetic energy at initial

so the need kinetic energy=2534.4 j
