Introduction
Osteoporosis, which in other words means bone being porous, is a disease which causes
quality and density of bones to reduce. As the bones get more fragile and porous, the risk of a
fracture occurring increases greatly. Loss of bone takes place progressively and silently. With
osteoporosis, there are usually no visible signs until the occurrence of the first fracture.
Osteoporosis will affect both men and women from all the races. However, the risk is much
