Introduction
Employees are one of the most important assets that an organization can have, therefore, it
is crucial that they are treated in the right manner. Chapter three talks about attitudes and job
satisfaction in the workplace. These two go hand in hand and they determine how the employees
perform in their duties. Chapter four talks about emotions and moods. As employees interact with
each other it is possible that they may at sometimes disagree with each other, this will normally
result in a change in the emotions and moods. It is important that the two are well-managed while
at work so that it does not interfere with the manner in which people are performing their jobs.
