Here we use Pythagorean theorem to find the length of AC(hypotenuse)

(AB)^2+(BC)^2=(AC)^2

Given:

AB=15 m and BC=20 m

Substitute these values in the above formula

15^2+20^2=(AC)^2

225+400=(AC)^2

625=(AC)^2

Take square root on both sides

AC=sqrt(625)

AC=25

Length of AC=25
