If c%5E2+%3E+a%5E2+%2B+b%5E2 it's an obtuse triangle.
If c%5E2+%3C+a%5E2+%2B+b%5E2 it's an acute triangle.

c-largest length

10^2=100

8^2=64

5^2=25

64+25=89

so 89<100

then

c%5E2+%3E+a%5E2+%2B+b%5E2

 so it's an obtuse triangle
