Hello, How Are you? The ppt you did about organizational culture theory is excellent, but I couldn't understand a point that about the cons of the theory:

(The negative consequences of the organizational culture theory are that it contains logical inconsistencies. The inconsistencies arise from the fact that people decide what to listen to and how to behave in the workplace and cannot all be influenced by communication in the workplace.) Can You explain that more to me please I would be thankful.
