Question description

Cox et al. (1991) conducted a study to examine the effects of intramuscular injections of magnesium on chronic fatigue syndrome. This was a double-blind study also using a placebo (injection of saline solution). Six hours after the injection, the patient was asked whether or not they felt better. The following results were obtained:
