There is perhaps no more important concept in human resource management than “discrimination”. What is discrimination and how is it proved? Why is discrimination such an important topic in HR and public administration more broadly? Be sure to include a discussion of discrimination as it relates to recruitment, hiring and social media. Finally will there ever come a day when an HR specialist does NOT have to think about discrimination? Why or why not?
