So the country' national market debt is calculated by the integration of D'(t)

D(t) = integral of (31.394t +70.561) dt

       = integral of (31.394t  ) dt + integral of (70.561) dt

         = (31.394t^2) / 2 + 70.561t + C 

As given D(0) = 2570.837


D(0) = 0 + 0 + 2570.837

So D(t) = (31.394t^2)/ 2 + 70.561t + 2570.837
