Introduction
Micro-aggression is rampant in the U.S. and the aspect has many effects on its victims
and the entire society at large (Cho, Corkett, & Steele, 2018). Micro-aggression in the first place
refers to verbal, nonverbal, environmental, or behavioral indignity that is performed either in an
intentional or unintentional manner and is meant to be derogatory or prejudicial towards a certain
group. There are several types of structures that Micro-aggression can take making one feel like
they are aliens in a land they consider their own simply because they do not take the form of the
