Description

PROMPT: added >>> You are writing a research paper on a controversial topic. It must be something that requires you form an opinion, then back up you opinion with reliable sources. These sources will give you information that back up your opinion. One or two of them may be used to introduce opposing points of view on your topic so you can illustrate what is controversial about it. Be sure to counter these opposing points of view by explaining why they are weak or wrong. Choose your issue from one of the readings in our textbook or a class handout. This should be an exigency you wish to learn more about. It is important that you choose something that interests you. You will spend the rest of the semester researching it and then write a well-sourced argumentative research paper that (1) explores what others are saying about the issue and (2) works to support your clearly stated assertion about the issue.

Choose an issue that really interests you. Decide what your opinion on this issue is. Be sure your opinion is one that not all your readers will agree with. If yours is an opinion that everyone already agrees with, it is not yet suitable for an argument research paper. Keep thinking of ways to view the issue until you come up with an opinion that is debatable, controversial, and above all, discussable.

Ethics of Self Driving Cars
Throughout my time, self-driving vehicles will be a life-changing innovation and will
continue to improve after my experience. I fully support the widespread of autonomous cars.
Self-driving autos are a practical futurist thought, these kinds of vehicles as of now exist;
however, the innovation hasn't culminated enough to be trusted with no human association. For
the repercussions that this will cause, society will take time to adapt to the change. We are
allowed to reduce the number of cars related deaths and car accidents with a world with fully
autonomous vehicles (Belay, p 119). However, this technology has negative aspects in the fact
that it will have a transformation to jobs that humans are required to drive, save this can only be
done with an autonomous vehicle, but one will save money and time by owning a self-driving
car.
The mindsets of the workforce and hopefully, jobs will be changed by autonomous
vehicles as well as the way we use the Earth's natural resources. Our daily life as long along with
the entire way cities on the way they flow and how they are built will be changed by self-driving
vehicles. The concept of self-driving cars is now a reality after seeing off in the past decade, with
the growth of intelligence. Advanced driver assistance systems(ADAS) began the initial
implementation of technology. This technology enhances drivers in navigating traffic through
determined best-uncongested routes. When a threat to a driver or pedestrian is perceived,
technology controls the vehicle. There is also an expansion to technology such as vehicle to
vehicle communication.
We are guided by our consciousness as humans to make easy decisions which other
humans consider as sound. According to philosophers Hobbes and Johne Locke, a human can
solve and understand dilemmas through their capability. We learn from our mistakes and adapt
to what we have learned from them since human error makes the world go around. Making
mistakes enhances us to determine the right and wrong way in the way we do things. However, it
will cause one to do something in your way if you are told to do it in a certain way. We are made
to think that our ...
