Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

Am a vice president  of Quick Cash Company limited, as part of the management team I have witnessed high levels of corruption in my company which ranges from funds embezzlement to client extortion.

As an advocate of transparency and an ethically upright person, have decided to continue working for my company despite the alarming rate of corruoption being experienced.

The dangers which linger my decision includes;

1. lack of support from other management staffs

2. being lured into corruption so that I may not expose the corruption

3. being framed by people who feel am a threat to them in their corruption deals

The rationale as to my decision to stay and change things from within

1. As an agent of the shareholders, am bestowed the mandate of ensuring that their resources are well invested.

2.My desire to uphold ethical and corruption free company where investors can come and make profits

Please let me know if you need any clarification. I'm always happy to answer your questions.
