Introduction
Marketing research involves the processes of collecting information about producers,
customers and the eventual users to the marketers in an attempt to define marketing problems and
opportunities, as well as monitoring the performance of an organization in the market. This course
forced on marketing research, exploring the different types of marketing research and the
development stages of a marketing strategy. Other than the several things I have learnt from this
course, I will focus on the different ways through which course material enhances team dynamism
and makes the team capable on working on different elements and generating positive impacts,
and the different ways through which the team or myself can improve on marketing research by
