Yes, the list of duties fit my skill set because I am an all-round substance abuse counselor
who can intervene at psychodynamic, cognitive, behavioral, and systems levels. The needs of
clients determine the intervention plan and organization of the development model for recovery.
Besides, I am always become ready to work with clients in a group setting and individually at
homes. Furthermore, I can incorporate 12-step program principles, which include Alcoholics
Anonymous to guide my practice. Lastly, I can still work with social workers, registered nurses,
psychologists, physicians, and psychiatrists to develop treatment plans and organize care for
patients. The main aim of counseling is to provide treatment, help clients boost their
relationships, and become open to discussing their addictions and other related problems with
friends and family.
