Introduction
Screening is a test that is taken to make an early diagnosis of a disease before the symptoms
of the disease develop. According to Roland et al. (2013), screening tests could involve simple
procedures that are non-invasive or more complex procedures that require sedation such as
colonoscopy. All women require screening tests or different diseases regardless of their health
status. This is because the tests can help in the promotion of early treatment and cure of diseases
that could cause harm if diagnosed later in life. However, screening for different diseases have
recommendations that guide on the age and appropriate frequency of the screening. In this paper,
I will discuss the age difference in screening for cervical cancer among women.

This is a type of cancer that affects the cells of the cervix with the common cause of being
