Good summary Nicole. Have you all seen the American Express' small business charge card called the "Plum Card?" The card allows a small business to set their billing cycles, there is no pre-set spending limits, and payment can be deferred--benefits that are appealing to small business owners. This is a great example of Target marketing done is a mass marketing format.
Have you seen the actual commercial? If so, what are your thoughts? Does it motivate you to start your own business so you can get a Plum Card? Why would American Express advertise such a niche/target market credit card in this manner?
