I want to become a school psychologist so that I can use my skills to assist students with
emotional, academic, and social issues that could affect their performance in school. My
motivation comes from Brown’s theory of career development that insists on the importance of
values as they form a basis for self-evaluation and therefore one is in a better position to evaluate
others (Isaacson & Brown, 2000). Since my job will involve interactions with school children
who can be difficult to handle at times, I will utilize my values in empathy to help students

Tutor went the extra mile to help me with this essay. Citations were a bit shaky but I appreciated how well he handled APA styles and how ok he was to change them even though I didnt specify. Got a B+ which is believable and acceptable.
