Let us say we have three numbers 6, 8 and 9

Step 1: Factorise the numbers:

6 = 2*3

8 = 2*2*2

9 = 3*3

Step 2: LCM is the least common multiple of three numbers i.e. LCM = 2*2*2*3*3 = 72
