3/2b = a+ b
a= 3/2b-b
a=b/2
Median of Q=(b+c)/2
7/8c = (b+c)/2
b+c= 7/4c
c= 7/4c-c

Median of R = (a+c)/2
but a= b/2
a= 3/4c/2
a= 3/8c
median of R = (3/8c +c)/2
= (11/16)c
