Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

The first obligation the U.S has to its citizens is safety to all citizens .Every U.S citizen expects to be guarded by the government in his/her own en-devours

The next obligation is to help citizens who are in need.Citizens are what makes U.S and to keep U.S together you have to make sure they are okey. Some citizens cannot perform some of their duties without help.

The government should not be involved in hall the affairs and limiting self expression of its citizens.Citizens are the ones who choose these leaders to represent their interests and therefore should not deny them their right of expression

Government should provide more than basic need to citizens. One example is providing treatment to curable diseases. This is where the government becomes involved with human health.
