Writing Cost-benefit Analysis.
For a person to be an expert in writing a cost-benefit analysis he or she must follow three
essential steps. Firstly, it is identifying all the costs. They will be categorized into monetary and
non-monetary costs. After that, all the costs will be added together to get the full cost of the
proposed action. Secondly, it is identifying the benefits (Plowman, 2014). Similarly, the benefits
will be categorized into monetary and non-monetary benefits. The next action will be to add all
the benefits that have been identified to get the total benefits of the proposed action. Thirdly, it is
an evaluation of the cost and benefits of the proposed action. In the case that the total benefits are
