Abigail Morris is a CEO of an online sales company known as Bridal Spa. The company deals in the selling of wedding gowns through an online platform where the customers are able to choose the color, size and quantity of the dresses they want/. Their order is then processed and delivered after they have made a deposit payment.
Abigail is a self-driven, hardworking lady. She started the company from her own apartment, being aggressive, teaching herself how to pack, fold as well as the sales skills needed to close a deal. This made her rise very quickly making her business grow to greater heights.
Now, she is actively involved in overseeing the operations at her sales company. She can be found showing her new employees how to package dresses, answering sales calls when the team is tasked and overwhelmed or even closing deals with new investors that are interested in the company.
Overall, Abigail is a great leader who does not sit around and boss people around. Instead, she can be found very involved in the daily operations of the firm even when it is not necessary for her to; getting her hands dirty. This portrays the characteristics of a great leader.
