The Individual Project for this week involves giving a presentation to a city council and city manager in a public forum regarding their consideration of transition from traditional policing to community-oriented policing & problem solving (COPPS). Review the Unit 4 Individual Project and then explain how you would prepare for the upcoming presentation in the city council meeting.

Introduction
There exist different techniques for presenting ideas to the audience from time to time
(Rosenthal, 2010). However, effective presentation ought to involve the audience sufficiently
without any form of boredom. For example, the speaker will use mediums which are relevant to
the audience to portray the intended message. Therefore, the response paper entails mode of
presentation, type of research used by the speaker, speech preparation and delivery to the city
