For your assignment this week, you will pretend that Neshaminy High School is located in Nebraska, not in Pennsylvania, and that you are an athletic administrator at the school. Furthermore, for purposes of this journal assignment you must also assume that the “head-butt” was Coach Devine’s second ejection this season (the first being for arguing a call with a referee). In your assignment, which should be a maximum of three pages in length, create a written management plan to remediate the coach’s ejections to be submitted to the NSAA. Your written management plan must include:
- A brief description of the incidents
- The rules or principles of conduct that the coach violated
- The educational materials the coach must review before he is allowed to return to coaching
- The school’s plan to monitor the coach’s behavior when he returns
- The steps the school plans to take if he violates further NSAA rules

A Brief Description of the Incident
The sports coaches are supposed to help the athlete-students to explore their full potential
in athletics. The sports coaches are supposed to collaborate with the sports teams, the
professionals in sports, and the athletic teams in the schools to improve their performance in the
sports activities which they take part in. Addationally, helping the athlete-students learn the
strategy to engage in sports activities, they are also expected to motivate the trainees (Robinson,
2014). The activities which are involved in caching includes the maintenance of the discipline
among the athlete students, development of the mental and physical fitness of the trainees as well
as the introduction of the conditions that will enhance the performance of the trainees in sports.
