occurring include: Ensuring that every benefit that the employee is entitled to has been
paid in full at the time of dismissal to ensure that there is nothing to claim. Give a notice
of termination in accordance with the state employment laws to ensure that the
employee has enough time to plan for their next move knowing that they will no longer
be employed after the notice time lapses.
